I was amazed by the speed I got today while doing a speed test.

Using my iPhone 4S as a wifi hotspot.

Test conducted on Thu Jun 21 2012 13:42:17 GMT+0200 (South Africa Standard Time)

Download Speed: 9080 kbps (1135 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 1163 kbps (145.4 KB/sec transfer rate)
Latency: 114 ms

This is a normal topup cellphone contract with 2GB Data Bundle loaded.

I think that next month I am going to be throttled to death on uncapped light. I have downloaded a 5.2gig battlefield 3 update and still have a low latency and according to speedtest.net I have a 2.7meg download speed.
