Im not selfish enough to think of blaming him for my troubles , heck its hard for me to blame someone that i don't think exists. How about the millions of starving children dying through excruciating pain, i suppose they should thank him too.

As far as I can see it just tells you that you can't interpret the bible literally is all. Could just be a story to explain the origins of all that biodiversity to a bunch of ignorant desert nomads.
The box said "requires Windows7 or better" so I installed Linux.

Sam Harris : 'Either god is impotent to help these children, doesn't care to or doesn't exist.

or he gave up on these animals calliing themselves humans

    PS: Edit.

Some clarification in order after the post of keeper quoted below. This is typical from someone barging in and begin posting out of context. At no point did I refer to starving children as animals as claimed by keeper and subsequent posts by some members I was referring to GOD distancing himself from the human (animals) race and followed from my post where I stated here

That would fall under "doesn't care to" . I think that we can assume that anyone who doesn't care to help those that suffer is not a person of good morals.

Very convenient. Personally I think he just dislikes poor African children...and amputees.

Why? You rather want to blame a fictitious figure you believe does not exist, how convenient is that then?

What an absolute stupendously stupid deduction from all the posts in this thread. So typical.

During world war two when Nazi Germany was implementing the holocaust they selected a small group of Jews to police their own people. These Jews received far better treatment then their country men who went through all sorts of pain im sure you are well aware of. Moral of the story : Just because you are better off than others does not mean you should be thankful to the higher power responsible.

Here I thought this thread was about evolution or not, now some members even dragged in the cat, amputees, Jews, hungry and and starving kids.... Sigh; the holiday is near, kids are already out of school and bored ready to troll this forum.

Agreed. It takes a very special person to call starving children "animals" and saying it's THEIR fault that they're starving.

I guess you need that kind of mentality to be a religious nutjob. Innate humanity is clearly incompatible with religion.
