Remove close Facebook friends

Go to the list, Press "See All", then hover your mouse over their pic and an X should appear in the top right.

Because you're "subscribed" to them. I don't know why FB adds people to your close friends list by default.

You must learn how to focus more while stalking.

Open their page. Where it says "Friend" it will have a star next to it. Click on it and just untick "Close Friend"
Stalking like that gets a bit much if they post a lot of stuff!
