Once again can't buy bandwidth

Once again cant buy Bandwidth. Got a UKash voucher from checkers and Iburst's website tells me its invalid or i did not punch in the right details. I think after punching in the details after 5 times the problem once again lies with Iburst

Does Iburst actually care if their systems and network run smoothly or not i am getting the impression they really dont want our business anymore. There are many alternatives out there and most of them are faster and some even cheaper

I think the even bigger question is WHY you are even using them?

Reading your opening paragraph & then very last sentence makes me wonder why people still use them when they know exactly what you identified in your last sentence.
