Today I noticed that cheese typically contains around 20% saturated fat, and 3% trans fat. What are your thoughts about this?
Saturated fat helps produce testosterone, it's fine. Trans fats (also know as hydrogenated fat) you should rather avoid.

Naturally occuring trans fats are good for you... EG: Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is both a trans fatty acid and a cis fatty acid. The trans fats you want to avoid are produced using hydrogenation, which I can't see them using on cheese.
Because you fscking eat to much maybe?

What type of cheese (cheddar, tussers, etc.) is the least unhealthy?
What make you of pre-sliced, processed cheese? My mom says to stay away from processed cheese.
