The Vatican survives on 3rd world hand outs. It is one giant scam. My wife comes from a country where the Vatican has control of the politics. Where the RCC is the be all and end all. Its one of the reasons why cant control their population levels, and its adding to poverty.

Yeah, as for the Catholics, I dislike them. I don't know enough about Sharia law and how it is applied beyond Saudi Arabia. Besides it has it's own advantages. There is considerably less crime in Saudi Arabia because of those harsh laws.
