Is anyone else having issues with MTN Data.
I had over 2 Gig's of data as per the MTN webpage -"MTNInternet - my balance " on Wednesday - The next day I get an sms to say it is softlocked.
The MTN webpage http://www.mtn.co.za/Internet/MyAcco...s/Balance.aspx gives an runtime error , so I can't view my available data.
I have checked my current usages online on Nashuamobile.co.za and it is sitting at over R3000
Nashua says its MTN issue.
so now, my 3G is softlocked (at R2750 higher then my softlock limit of R250) , and I got a potential R3000 bill...
Can anyone assist?
