Default Health care in sick state - Eastern Cape

    http://www.dispatch.co.za/news/article/3583

REPORTS in the Saturday Dispatch today confirm the chaos hobbling health care in the Eastern Cape.
According to recent news reports, more than 7000 doctors and nurses have not been paid on time – some not at all this year – appointments have been made outside of proper channels and jobs have been created for which there is no budget.
It's amazing that these "people" still stay in power?
I guarantee you the ANC comrades and affiliates always get paid on time.

They have a vivid imagination. They also have a horrible memory. They believe all kinds of crap being spooned to them.

    They like the struggle.
    Everything is peachy.
No I'm not rude, just honest.

How long do we have to witness the systematic failure of the ANC before somebody acknowledges they can't do their jobs?

What's this second transition crap zoomer is rabbiting on about?
The optimist in me hopes it's a transition to good governance, responsible spending, accountability, respectability.
The realist in me reckons it's the next step in tribalising SA.
