They have kindly agreed to cancel at the end of June, and if i get debited they will credit me.
Seen as though i was originally told at the beginning of the month that it would be cancelled at the end of June.

If you have shaped ADSL with an ISP and someone else has the same package you should get the same quality of service...is that so hard to understand for you?

If there is something wrong with your speeds, then it could be something else, like your line, router...computer, etc.
