Telkom announced that it has improved the “visibility and ease of use of its online fault reporting tool”

So you mean they are actually going to process these fault reports? Wow. My past experience (few years back) is they are ignored.

Obviously online fault reporting requires online access which could present a problem, mind you I've had the ADSL working and voice down in the past

What I am impressed with though is the SMS fault report system.

Wow... So I just have to irritate 1000's of people by giving them bad and expensive service and then I will get a free editorial of my company when I add a button on my home page... nice, cheap, effective.

So I report the fault. Telkom still take forever to repair it.
