Dual sim to share data cap?

I have a Cell C speedstick with a 2GB per month prepaid sim in which is used in my laptop for surfing by myself and my wife.

Is there a way to get a second sim for my tablet which can share this 2GB cap and both sims can be active concurrently?

You can't make dual sims for DATA as of yet looking in to it.

Maybe not dual sim but if your laptop & tablet have wifi, you can connect via laptop & share the connection via wifi.

I've got a 5GB data contract with Cell C and have a Dual SIM set up. Only one SIM works at any given time though...?
