Mr Alan Knott Craig, good business sense requires me to keep my assets optimally productive, or ensuring that the wheels keep turning 24/7, or that my stock turns over x times a year. Yet we have a CellC base station (3979) already standing 3 months idle, and only planned to come online in December.
This open letter serves to seek answers as to why we subscribers have had to wait so long for such service and deem it necessary to knock directly on the CEO's door. CellC have been approached on three occasions, without advancing a single response.
It's poor business for an asset to stand 3 months idle, even more so should it eventually be 8 months. Surely as CEO you can do something about it.
