    You can email or phone but it won't make a difference.
    My order was late last Thursday so Friday I emailed via the site. Today still no response so I phoned at lunch time- many apologies and promise that I will get an update saying order is on its way - nothing, it went from ordered from supplier before the mail to ready for packing on Saturday and it's stuck there.
    Also to make it worse the book I ordered went from R503 when I ordered it to R399 before I mailed them - i should have cancelled then and reordered to save R100 but that's probably why they jumped it from ordered from supplier to ready for packing.

    I compared Kalahari and Takealot for four books I want to buy.

    Kalahari comes out at R 552 while Takealot comes out at R 602.

    Would still go for TAKEALOT.

    Wow a year ago these complaints would be to takealot/take2 I ordered 2 blu rays and a figurine last week, arrived today. Was supposed to only be next week.

    TakeAlot has really stepped up their game. They are absolutely eager to please. The other day I mentioned on their site that a courier sent me a delivery time and didn't schedule one with me, and within ten minutes TakeAlot called me to apologize and follow it up. It wasn't even that serious, as I was home all day anyway.

    Never had a problem with Kalahari.com and only recently started ordering from takealot (they have more galaxy tab add-on's). Service and delivery from both was excellent on several occasions.......

    I think the cancelling of orders without notifying the buyer is a bit of a shocker from Kalahari's side. If a buyer was warned and given an explanation they could at least rush off to another site and place an order.
