You can email or phone but it won't make a difference.
My order was late last Thursday so Friday I emailed via the site. Today still no response so I phoned at lunch time- many apologies and promise that I will get an update saying order is on its way - nothing, it went from ordered from supplier before the mail to ready for packing on Saturday and it's stuck there.
Also to make it worse the book I ordered went from R503 when I ordered it to R399 before I mailed them - i should have cancelled then and reordered to save R100 but that's probably why they jumped it from ordered from supplier to ready for packing.
