So I phoned Vodacom multiple times in May to confirm that my Data contract will stop - they said that it is no problem and confirm that it will stop end May.
Now I get a new invoice at R349 monthly cost instead of R149 monthly cost as what the contract was taken out. I phoned them and they behevolently deny that I ever phoned them to confirm cancellation before 4 June and that they even have the audacity to now bill me R349 again for July (because they feel like it).
I also got a nice R300 data usage for June even though I did not use the sim card in june - they said it is aggregated data which they did not charge for previously.
Any answer vodacom?
