Is it ok to put up a picture of someone's car on the internet with their registration number visible?

I guess if I stayed in the UK where the streets are full of these then I would become quite annoyed with it. Much like my annoyance at most VWs - there are just too many of them. Add to that the fact that the styling is rather bland. But here in SA I think a Vectra would make a for a nice and unique car. You'll have a few Passat / A4 / 3-series / C-Class drivers wondering where you got your car from and most of them would not even realise that its German too.

About the looks, I'm not going to let my preference of Opel/Vauxhall blind me, the Vectra is not a very pretty car as most of you already pointed out. I was never a big fan of the 2004-2008 styling GM-Europe used, especially on the previous generation Astra H and most Saabs.

Perhaps the Vectra is my 2nd place dream car. First place would definitely be its handsome successor :

With Rouxenator you can take a dog turd, stick four dinky toy wheels and a opel badge on it and it will be the best car in the world to him.

At least it's anti Hi-jack. No thief would be caught dead in that car.

Talk about low expectations... but that's to be expected from a nokia c6 user.

Funny you should say that, Vectra (and predecessors Cavalier / Ascona) are very popular amongst joyriders in the UK. Although most of them are torched at the end of the joyride.

    sounds like a plan.

The Calibra was a decent looking opel, and the GTC.
But this ? Cannot be considered a dream car. Bland is the word that springs to mind.

It was designed and built as a direct competition to the Passat and Mondeo, so being bland and boring was probably considered a good thing

But I can see why they changed the name to when the new model came out, Vectra got a reputation for being very boring. Lets hope they keep the Insignia looking fresh and edgy when new models arrive.

What can I say? I am speechless.

Even the cheapest VW looks better than this dog turd. Even the Corsa looks like a Ferrari against this.
