Paid bill late

I paid yesterday (supposed to be 25th or something) and my ADSL just went off .... They related? You get a week leeway?

Telkom doesn't give leeway.

With me, they usually leave a reminder on my landline the day before, and the next day, it's off.

Most places give you 5 working days from due date. This was a fair question from the OP.

I always pay Telkom a few days after the due date (salary comes in late), have never had an issue before as I always pay before the next month starts.

Don't you actually prepay for the month ahead when it comes to Internet usage?

Like I pay my ISP now for the month of July.

If it is the case that you prepay, how can they cut you off until the end of the month as you haven't used what you have paid for already

Afrihost allows a day or two leeway before giving you the chop.
