64-bit version of the OS on a 32-bit CPU? At least an error message isn't unreasonable to expect from you.

Dude, it can be many many different things. You can't just say "it doesn't install, why?" You have to AT LEAST give us the error message it throws. If my above suspicion is correct, then you need to either get a 32-bit version of the OS or you need to replace your entire PC. What operating system are you trying to load on that PC ??? windows 7,, 32 or 64 bit system
