I swopped from MTN to VC as my speed on MTN dropped to Edge. Now my VC shows HS but no speed. Takes ages to open a website. Unlike MTN that shows E, VC shows "H" but no connection. Never had this here before.

I'm having the exact same issue from yesterday evening...
I am in Eldoraigne in Centurion.
My speed feels like Edge only...
Just loaded a 3GB bundle, but can't use it...
What is the easiest way to report a fault? Facebook?
