You can only hear a case in a court with jurisdiction, and only if you have standing. So the easiest is to address those issues first. If the court cannot hear the case then it doesn't matter if they are guilty or not, as the case cannot be heard. Gettting it dismissed now is cheaper.
If the court DOES have jurisdiction, then MTN is eligible to present their defences (if any) against the charges against them. That's where they will say they are not guilty of bribery and corruption, if they can, or present their side of the issue.
South Africa (since MTN is HQ'ed here), Iran (where the alleged offence happened), or Turkey (where TurkCell is HQ'ed) are good candidates. But a lawyer would be needed to say what the merits of each venue are. Of course, there needs to be a law violated in the country in question, on which a court will convict you.
