They will just argue that it is ALMOST non existent, which means it exists (and that they are delivering the service) but is just not to the user's satisfaction.
Believe me, they are bloody useless. In some areas there is insanely brilliant coverage/speed, in others there is just enough to sustain a stable connection but with such crappy speeds.
I sometimes wonder if the "H" connection symbol on my phone actually means "Hou vas, ons is nou by jou."

In Midrand we've been having incredibly bad speeds/pings for 3 weeks now. No word of a solution from mtn yet.
