I had problems with high ping and latency in the evenings normally after 6pm, this happend about 3 months ago .. Technicians came to my house and the issue was resolved as they upgraded the bandwidth from the site/tower I was using the most and they also redirected the tower . Everything was working 100% .. thank you 8ta for fixing this issue although it took about 1month.
Before any 8ta tech / rep *****s on my head , 8ta has been very helpful.
That last 4 days I have been experiencing the same issues as before,. very high ping and bad latency in the evenings.. I have phoned 8ta customer care and it has been reported but nothing has been done and no one as phoned me with an explanation for the drastic change on the network.. , sorry to say 8ta , but not so helpful anymore...
Can someone from 8ta plz sort this out or get back to me on whats going on.
