High Ping and Latency

My ping constantly spikes , 8ta is useless. When I phoned you apparently were working on the network yet there's no improvement 4 months later and I constantly get spikes of 1000ms. This service might aswell be free.

get a job number and keep on complaing. keep at it and stop only when it is fixed. Hello peter.....
They fix the problem in PE....
