Depends what you want the phone to do I guess. My 9000 died and I was used to the size of the thing so bought a 9900. Like the touch screen. As a business phone it works just fine; screen a bit small for browsing, but that's not what I use it for. Emails, BBM, banking all work well. Can't complain.

After a lot of stress and some unparliamentary language managed to resurrect the 9000, now use it as a backup and as a second phone - but very painful to operate without the touch screen.
