Default Do dogs from other countries bark with an accent?

I just had an Taiwanese chick bring his dog in and I started wondering if dogs from Italy or China bark with accents.

    Would we even know?

    LOL sounds thai to me.

considering we don't communicate by barking i am sure it will sound like barking. Until we learn the way of the bark i doubt we will know.

We've been told dogs sometimes look like their owners but now scientists reckon many sound like them too!

According to a new study dogs develop a bark or "voice" similar to the sound of their owner's regional accent.

For example dogs in Liverpool communicate in a higher pitch than other dogs and Scottish dogs tend to have a lighter tone to their bark.

Ducks from different regions quack differently. I'm not sure about dogs
    though.
