Maybe you could contact the manager of the Tygervalley store and ask that all staff be made aware that this particular voucher still exists and where to find it on the system?
If anyone else experiences a problem in trying to obtain this particular R399 365day 3GB Smartdata voucher, perhaps a PM to Cell_C, with the store and consultant name for his attention, may help all of us to eventually enjoy a consistent purchasing experience between stores.
