Cisco Sip Trunk Challenge

I have a R500 reward for anyone that can successfully setup a sip trunk with FNB Connect Talk on a Cisco call manager express router.
Conditions:

1.Inbound calls must work
2.Outbound calls must work
3.Calls must not drop during conversations.

If anyone can provide me with a working config I will be very grateful as I have been struggling with this for too long.

My experience tells me that No. 1 is an inherent problem with the setup of the FNB servers. I've had a support call open for the past five months and I can't get past the first line support people.
Change provider - problem solved. FNB inbound termination fees too expensive anyway.
