Default Credit Card Airtime Top Up

I've been thinking of going with the 60 + 60 promotion for a couple of months now. Problem is that the credit card airtime top up option on the self service portal hasn't worked for me since May. I get through everything, including the Verified by Visa process but end up with; "Oops! The page you tried to access is going through technical difficulties. Why not start over at the home page, check out our range of phones or our plans." on https://home.8ta.com/8ta-topup/topup...ion-details.do

Reported it on 22 May, got some speedy feedback that the problem was being worked on, that it had been solved, and that it hadn't been and was being worked on again. No feedback since 25 May.

    Anyone else seen this?

I know it's old school but I went in and did it. Much simpler. And the stores are nice and empty since they have managed to shift most of their duties...

Last time of times I've been tempted to drop in at the local store it's been busy. Not so today, so I got the airtime. Amused to see the following text when converting to the 60 + 60 package; "Your account was successfully loaded with a 60GB+60GB Promo which will expire at the end of the next calendar month." Fortunately the account data is right.

First time I tried to load via the credit card top up it didn't want to work, but worked fine for me last week.

Progress, then, although it didn't work for me just before I started the thread. Quite a nice speed test from Nieuw Muckleneuk in Pretoria (http://www.speedtest.net/result/2053170056.png), less impressive at home.
