    Default Holiday in Durban: Suggestions

I'm heading to durban for the first time. Any suggestion for "Must-see"s and "Must-go"s would be appreciated!
Since I'm with family I need two kind of places: One for them and one for me (young single man )

uShaka not usharka! It's named after the Zulu warrior not the big fish with sharp teeth that goes into tonic immobility if you rub it's nose!

http://kknr.org.za/ this is a very nice picnic place for the family and you can go a little higher to see some AWSOME views although I wouldnt do that with kids-very long way down.
-29.967009,30.978414 the view here is truly amazing but dont go at night alot of groups go there to drink at night.
What Marco79 said Ushaka is a must go for the family, they even have amall reptile section now with all sorts of frogs lizzards. snakes, spiders etc
and if you dont have a problem with heights check out the soccer stadium, got a nice little ride going over the top.

Go to Spiga d'Oro for lunch on Florida Rd.
    Check out uShaka marine world
Go to Gateway Theatre of Shopping
Check out the beach obviously - go to the beach near the sun coast casino and walk down the golden mile
Go to the Oyster Box lighthouse bar for coffee or drinks
