There are only a few threads on RBM in this forum, and most of them seem to complain about RBM. So I would like to know from RBM contract users:
1. How is data quality on RBM, I've read about regular disconnects with data (which is a problem I had with Virgin as well)?
2. How is customer service when you call the RBM customer service line, are agents generally clued up and helpful or utterly worthless like Virgin?
