I know I know. Wish it were true! At the very least this might be pirate/grey goods.
lol, these scams are as old as the internet... and why are there 2 18-55 lenses in the bundle?
Be afraid, be very afraid
BTW. what's your budget and are you planning on taking photography more serious in future ? Perhaps a good bridge camera is an option ?
This is what got me wondering. Mier, it's a kind of catch-22. I am interested in photography but have never had a camera other than the one on my phone, so have never been able to play around. I know I won't regret buying a DSLR because it is great value for money, but I would regret buying a bridge camera and having to fork out more for a DSLR.
I think for now, my budget would be aimed primarily at a D3200 kit - and get any other lenses if and when I feel the need.
Stop thinking about it and walk away.
If however you are still keen I can get you a much better deal,

Nice lenses!
Do you sell cameras ponder? I thought you were being sarcastic![]()
Haha at the Kimberly Deals and D7000 deals.
Walk away from any deals that sound too good to be true. There have been many instances where their operations weren't legit.
I've been shopping around for 2 months maybe more for an SB-700 and it retails for no less than R3600.
I bought my D3100 for R6999 from Incredible Corruption with 2 lenses, binoculars, spare battery, shutter release and tripod.
If you want my advice - ditch the kit lenses - they're crap - they take long to focus and once you use other lenses you wont touch the kit lenses again. If you want to make an investment by the body only and buy an all purpose lens.
My advice would be to buy a D5100 and a Sigma 18-200mm F3.5-6.3 II DC OS HSM. Both won TIPA awards for 2012, Best Entry Level DSLR and Best Entry Level Lens. The D3200 is also good with 22MP but I feel that 14MP is more than enough for entry level and you would get much more use from the tilty-swivly screen of the D5100 then the extra MP's of the D3200.
I own the Sigma and it is a superb lens outdoors, way better then the 55-200 lens they give you in those bundles. The lens goes for under R4k. It has its downfall in low-light but outdoors with natural light its sharp and color reproduction is great.
