Exclamation Roof leaks - finding them?

2#%@#$%#$%#$ hate my houses flat roof.

Any tips on finding roof leaks? I have at least three serious ones, but can't see anything obvious when on the roof - and I can't get to where they're leaking on the inside of the roof to see where the water is coming from.

Oh, and after the finding tips, any tips on repairing leaking roofs

    I share your pain!!

Look at the points where the outlets are. Mine normally leaks there. Also, if possible, check whether the water leads to the outlets. I have found on my roof that the water dams in the middle of the roof. (Thank you mr Builder )
Always ensure that the outlets or pathways to outlets are clean to avoid water build-up as well!

    Good luck!

I normally get Universal roofing to come and have a look since I also struggled to find the eaks.

Get that fiber strips and sealing paint. (think it's called Duramesh and the paint Flexikote)
Get on the roof and cover EVERY single roof nail with it. Also cover every single place that looks like it's lifting or have a crack. That's if it's a zink roof.

The other way is "Bitumen Thermoflex Waterproofing: (Torch on)"
    Something like this: http://www.universalroofing.co.za/waterproofing.htm

If all else fails, rip off the roof and put on a proper one.
I live in my own little world, but it's ok, everyone knows me here.

Good luck, leaks are a pain. Had three different waterproofing exercises over eight years before it was finally fixed.

Was not expensive. I can't remember the exact amount.

They also give a 3 year warranty. And trust me, I have used it properly during that period. The problem was that they also sometimes struggled to pinpoint exact leaking place, and sometimes redid a certain portion.
