This morning all my attempts to get mail out using the normal Vodacom SMTP are being rejected -- though the error message puts the blame on the outgoing addresses not being recognised. Anyone else having this difficulty today?

Turned out to be a temporary glitch, and without any adjustments or changes on my side the service was up and running again within a couple of hours. Perhaps a temporary or localised Vodacom issue.... During the downtime I was able to get mail out through MTN, which is why I assumed the fault did not lie with my set-up.
Three of the 30 odd emails that I have sent today was not delivered according to the people that I sent it to.
