    Default iPad 3 and 3G?

    Hi guys

My aunt and I are struggling, we both have iPad 3's on vodacom and we can never get 3G... Sometimes it pops up but rarely , I have my iPhone in my hand getting full 3G and my iPad 3 in the other getting full edge

Please help... I have tried everything , wiping the iPad , changing the settings, resetting network , switching on and off and on and off

    Please help

    Oliver

Seems they've identified the problem. Only specific iPad 3's affected. Hopefully we'll see a fix soon.

Has anyone made any progress in resolving this. I have the same problem whereby 3G is not held even though reception is reasonable, and keeps dropping to Edge. Surprised there is no way of restricting to 3G. On cell c.

    Thanks for any advice.

Ps. I should add that IStore support are not aware of a problem and take one through a generic trouble shooting routine, and then blame the network.

This is weird because I never had issues with mine when I was using Vodacom, the 3g was always on and lightning quick. Got mine about 6 months ago.
