In all seriosnes - why would you want to convert dual view to single view?
Some times the internet is so slow, it would be faster to just fly to Google's headquarters and ask them this $h1t in person.!

Okay so was reading your other threads - just a tip place all relevant info in one thread to make life easy - use it dont use it up to you you do understand that by canceling you dual view subscription (the R60 that it is) you can only watch what is on dstv chanel TV1 and TV2 will no longer operate.
you have the old dual view dinosuar where tv1 only operated via AV cable and tv2 operated on both av an Rf, so you need to convert AV to rf via either an rf modulator or a vcr with rf outputs, conect the av cables from the dstv to the av in of your vcr conect the rf cables to the vcr and place vcr on av chanel, make sure that the rf out of the vcr is conected to what ever spliter you have going to the other tvs in your home.

And i repeat TV2 (or the second view) on the dstv will no longer work with out the subscription

I think you should explain to anyone who is trying to help you what you understand when you refer to Dual View; Single View; TV1; TV2 ... No offence, but it seems to me you are a bit confused

Sat dish in x 2 = dual view decoder sat input
Composite video (or component video if your TV supports it) to TV (it may be called AV in)
Stereo out to amp, or else stereo in on TV
(If your TV has the connections) - AV out on TV to AV in on VCR
Stereo out on TV to line in on VCR

    or

RF out on Dual View channel 2 to RF in on VCR

You will need to attach a TV to the output of the VCR to see what you are watching

Take no notice about needing to be naked when connecting it up, but you must face east and show respect..

Take the Yellow,White and Red Cables of the DStv Decoder into AV1/AV2 on the vcr, then tune the vcr to av1/av2, you then connect the Composite (yellow, white and red) out of the vcr to your tv in the lounge the next step is to take the RF out of the vcr and put it into the rf in of the DSTV decoder, the rf out of the dstv decoder stays the same as connected before now retune your tv in the room
