give me some capital and I would make it happen except you would need to drive to JHB to experience it

    +1 for the Lavatube

I used the Twisp Ego-T (drip style) for quite a while last year, but eventually ended back up on 40 Stuyvies a day

Recently I just got gatvol and decided it's time for a change. Somehow stumbled onto www.eciggies.co.za and saw they've got the Lavatube. Took the plunge and ordered the kit and some juices. Arrived a day and a half later, assembled the thing, juiced up and haven't looked back. Didn't even smoke a ceremonial "last cigarette"! It's been a week today, went from 40 to 0, no major cravings or freakouts yet.

I can recommend the Lavatube, they sent a bunch of CE4 clearomisers along with the kit and it's waaaay superior to the Twisp units. No leakage, good capacity, flavour and throat-hit. I see they have stock of a Vivi Nova clone, those things look awesome! Big capacity and replaceable atomiser heads (!!!!)

The Lavatube might be huge, but the battery lasts forever (especially with low resistance atomisers) and you can set the voltage so you get the hit and flavour just as you like it

I can recommend eciggies too, I was marginally skeptical about dropping R1000+ with a retailer I've never used, but their service was great and friendly, I ordered my stuff 2am on a Monday morning (in a fit of smokers' desperation), arrived at my office in Cape Town at around 2pm on the Tuesday. Friendly and prompt e-mail replies too.

If you're already spending around R1000 on ciggies a month, I can recommend checking out the e-cigarette option. If you're a chain smoker and have some bucks to spare, get the Lavatube and some CE4's or a Vivi Nova, should be just over R1000. On a budget, just get one or two joyetech-type batteries and some CE4's for around R600. I've been using the grape and red bull Liqua flavours and they work pretty well.

Sorry for the long post, just thought I'd share my experience. The whole e-cig experiment can get expensive if you don't know what would actually provide a viable alternative to smoking. Having tried a lot of different e-cigs on offer, I'd definitely say that a variable voltage type device like the lavatube coupled to a tank/clearomiser type system gives you realistic battery performance, good flavour and throat hit, customisability and the guarantee that no girl will ever sleep with you again

I guess it beats dying young...

    Peace love death metal

    ^this
There is no e-cig but the lava tube. I have been saying for a while that if you cant quit with a lavatube then you will never be able to quit. I personally prefer the lavatube to any ciggie, there is no way an analogue can compare to it.
