Hi Guys,
We will be carrying out some unplanned maintenance on our business systems from 20h00 this evening onwards. During this time the MyAccount Service on the MWEB portal will be unavailable and our contact centre agents will not be able to access all of your user information, or make any changes to records. We are still available for technical support during this time. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
I still want to know about MWEB's 2mbps plans, is it at least in the pipeline to be launched with Telkoms upgrades next month?!? Jeez
@MWEB Guy:
I'm trying to run the office 365 preview and it's running slower than Post Office speed delivery van! So far not completed opening Excel in 45 minutes!!!
I notice that the splash screen states that it it's 'streaming application features'.
Does this mean that my Mweb uncapped is treating this as if it was a torrents/streaming site?
If so, then it means that Office 2013 is useless for MWEB uncapped clients.

You only get one chance to piss off a client. After that they are an ex client ...

Got the spike in international latency again ..... 50-70 more than usual. Why does this keep happening over and over?
