    Hi Mweb guy,

I am having speed and disconnect issues. 200-600ms ping up from ~25ms on Sunday. On 1 Mbit Mweb uncapped, line is with Telkom and I live in Observatory, Cape Town.

    Line stats:
    Type: Fast Path
    Status: SHOWTIME
    Downstream: 1024Kb
    Upstream: 512Kb
    Noise Margin
    19 (up) 14 (down)
    Output power(dBm)
    112 (up) 84 (down)
    Attenuation(dB)
    55 (up) 31 (down)

    ^^^ Seriously?!?!?

Good Afternoon Edduck, your attenuation reading seems to be very high. Please direct message me your line number and I will double check it from my side.

We are currently doing maintenance on our systems and I will not be able to access your account.

    Hi Mweb Guy.

I've been nailing this Steam Summer Sale really hard, done about 40GB so far and still have around 15 left. This means I've been leaving my PC to download from Steam 24/7 since Friday Night. Am I not going to get in trouble and get a letter from your Abuse Department?

This is all legitimate content (i.e. not Torrents) and I'm not doing anything to bypass the shaping - however your local Steam Content Server is allowing my downloads to go at full line speed.

Just don't want to get cut off for purchasing legitimate games

    @Mweb guy.

Question: If a have a 2X4mbps bonded business service and i never get over 4meg speeds (suppose to be 8mbps) will mweb cancel the service or what happens? I want to apply but i am worried i won't get more than 4mbps.... i have 2 4mbps lines now both syncing at 4096 and never have sync problems.

    Hey Mweb guy,

I was wondering why I have a route to what's generally considered non routeable, or private? I found this by mistake, thinking the route to this network/host was going out via a ppp interface, but I found it was going out my default gateway instead. * Edit: You might want get some to look into this as it may be unintentional.

Thanks, I think it may have been the torrents I was running - Got a well seeded one, and up to 60 or so, so all good.

    Hi

I've been getting really high ping for about three days now, 200-300 local and >1000 international.

This is really bad. WoW with 2000ms ping is not fun.

Have tried reseting router, no luck.

Got 229 ms in games using Mweb Uncapped so must be congestion on your line or a fault
