Doubt if he asked "should I get TTV" with no details he would have gotten the same response.

We have TopTV and DsTV. I prefer TopTV most of the time Im not a sports person and TopTV has a line up I enjoy more.

Thanks, but in my opinion rather provide something constructive.

Anyway... thanks very much for the help guys. I have not had TopTV nor watched it personally. Your point of views have helped.

I don't watch TV that much but sometimes on a Sunday I like to just spend sometime on the couch.
I don't see myself paying nearly R600 for DSTV premium for the amount of TV I watch. So my question is there anything decent on TOP TV to actually make it worth while?

Depends on what you like to watch but I enjoy their Discovery channels (Discovery ID, Discovery Travel and Living, Discovery Science,) the Top History channel and their movie channels (when they show something worthwhile that I haven't seen).

I used to enjoy Fox FX but I don't enjoy watching the same season of Stargate SG-1 for 2 years.
So to be honest I don't think TopTV is for me and DSTV is too expensive and just as frustrating with all the repeats and adverts.
