Every single thing mentioned above is not in the interest of making money and screwing over the customer, so no wonder you're having issues getting any info out of them.These regulations call for, among other things, uncapped local bandwidth, no traffic shaping or periodic resets, guaranteed minimum speeds, minimum installation times, and ADSL Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Icasa and the DoC should change to the catering business, because all they are good at is holding meetings. But of course if somebody actually had to depend on them to organise a meeting then they will probably be in trouble.
