    They're incompetent. Somebody more competent should step in and take over.

    These regulations call for, among other things, uncapped local bandwidth, no traffic shaping or periodic resets, guaranteed minimum speeds, minimum installation times, and ADSL Service Level Agreements (SLA).
    Every single thing mentioned above is not in the interest of making money and screwing over the customer, so no wonder you're having issues getting any info out of them.

    Icasa and the DoC should change to the catering business, because all they are good at is holding meetings. But of course if somebody actually had to depend on them to organise a meeting then they will probably be in trouble.

    Careful, you are suggesting that the cANCer must starve itself to death at the fat idle hands of the Department of Catering and Incompetent Caterers Association of South Africa, such sedition can land you behind bars.
