iPhone 4S contract details

Today I was at the Cellc store in Centurion and one of the Cellc guys told me that if you use youtube on the iPhone it doesn't use the included MBs and you'll have to pay extra. Is that the true??

you have x amount of MB what ever you view on youtube will go off there.
