Telkom mobile specials, what to choose?

Hi all, im confused on what to get, i see telkom have mobile specials on their contract s, which comes with nothing but the phone.

Samsung s2 for R199-
XOOM 2 16gb for R199-
bold 9900 for R199-

Samsung note for R249-
samsung tab 10 for R249
lumia 800 for R249-
razr for R249-

R99- DEALS:
htc desire s, wildfire s,
bb 9360, nokia e6, xperia pro,


I am seriously thinking about the note, love the writing function and the size of the screen.
basicly its a impulse buy , which would be the best in terms of value for money?
the BB9900 also luks a steal....

BB9900 comes with 2x batteries because it needs them!! Battery life is absolutely terrible!

S2 is an epic phone and the Note is also brilliant! I'd go Note over the S2 but only just.
