Whatsapp on VC

For the last few days I've experienced the same problemm Cell C subscribers had some time go... Whatsapp messages seems not to be "pushed". I noticed now when I messaged someone that 5 messages are delivered as soon as I sent one. Strangely, it seems to be worse on Vodacom to Vodacom, but that might just be a perception.

I get the same VC to VC are bad

do u know what phones are involved? bb android ios or nokia?

tested with my sister quickly. moto razr to moto razr. delivery was instant.

I use a Galaxy s2

All is good for me. VC. Galaxy Note (Android).

I get that sometimes on my BB9780, also VC

Getting the same at times on VC - my suspicion is signal/congestion related. Data in general seems alot worse. More packet loss, worse ping etc.
