OK, I want to cancel my telkom ADSL line and Uncapped Data at the end of July.
I phoned in and they say I can only cancel at the end of the month because when you phone in to cancel they immediately cancel the package. They say I will be payed pro rata on my Line but is it true that I cant cancel during the month and be payed pro rata for the adsl package as well. I got a feeling these consultants are full of BS.
