    Download the latest AMD graphics card drivers that includes CCC.

    Okay i found CCC, now where would i go to turn off vertical refresh?

    Depends on what version of CCC you are using, but most likely in a section titled 'Gaming' or '3D Application settings' - you may have to turn ON 'Advanced View' in CCC preferences first though.
