1 - most cheeses contain rennet. These days there are vegetarian rennets freely available and most are used in cheese making.
2 - Worcestershire sauce has always contained anchovies. It is a fermented fish sauce.
3 - good luck finding Vitamin D elsewhere. The synthetic Vitamin D is D2 and binds poorly to our body's proteins, which is why mammailian D3 is better, considering this is what our bodies produce through sunlight.
4 - most animal based food dyes died out many years ago...
