Ramsey knows fsckall about food science. It is a completely different topic to what chefs learn...
Your body will store the extra sugar somehow. Probably as fat, unless you burn it off. Unless your metabolic system is perfect, in which case you can excrete it in small doses but this isn't good for the pancreas iirc...
