Agh, dammit. Getting pretty tired of Openweb's crappy service. On every account they give me, I have to make compromises. Want an account that isn't shaped to death? Take a BCS account, but everything runs at half-speed. Want an account that is good for P2P? Take IS, but it is unusable during office hours.

I don't see the point in paying so much more for these accounts if they perform so badly, and then being told by support that the issues are on my end, when clearly they're not.

Yeah, I'm going to see if I can't organise an Mweb day trial or something. Just not sure if they'd give me one if I've already got a line and 2gb account from them. I'm very strongly considering cancelling OW, and the only way to go from there is Mweb it seems.
