Default Pvr record 2 view 1

My pvr has been playing silly buggers for just after the Warranty expired. Earlier this year I took it in to the office in PE where they first reset it. One week later back again when they reformatted the HDD. Back again the following week and paid R499 for a replacement which was no improvement at all. That was in May and now it appears to be getting worse. Locks up, cannot fast forward, you name it it's got it.
I think I read somewhere that they no longer make this model. Anyone confirm that this is correct?
Why don't they source from the suppliers of SkyBox?

Some times the internet is so slow, it would be faster to just fly to Google's headquarters and ask them this $h1t in person.!

Let me put it this way, DSTV never had insurance until after the first PVR. Tell them to swop it for a record 1 view 1.

Sky is made by people who know what they are doing. Its too good for SA consumers. See the DSTV forum, you are one of thousands. not that makes it right however. You must continue to complain, loudly

I am on that DSTV forum, and have been for a long time, moaning about their product offering and service (lack of) ....but they (DSTV) do not take kindly to criticism of their crappy service & products. Many critical (of DSTV) posts get deleted fairly often there.
