Hey guys as previously posted the new server is up and running and improving on mods and players by the day!!!

We are currently running a NoQuarter server with XPSAVE and players are enjoying this old classic like it should be so dont hestitate to join the South African Enemy Territory Community again playing vs the old players like HighRize, Lostcause, Dangerousdave, Rambo, Snotklap an many new players!!!

So far 22 Players playing on the server, with numbers on a good night between 12 and 17 people.

Server is hosted, so excellent bandwidth and plenty of free capacity.

We're open to suggestions on the server, and look forward to seeing even more players.

Wow. Never thought the game would be played locally again ever. Wolf ET was arguably the best multiplayer game Iv'e ever played back in the day (2004). Though I was always noob at the game and had terrible performance on the PC I used back then :P Still got the installer on a very old CD. I assume that's still valid and that I just need that small update again....

I have downloaded and installed the game and loaded the patches from the ftp server. I can connect to other servers...

Hey Guys,

A quick guide to download, install and get running;

The installation process for ET is relatively simple, but requires you to download multiple small files. SAIX has kindly hosted the required game files for many years now, so all the download links below can be accessed on local bandwidth.

ftp://ftp.games.saix.net/wolfenstein_enemy_territory/

Install the following files in this order:

WolfET.exe
et_patch_1.02.exe
et_patch_2_60.exe
et2.60bwin32.zip
etpro-3_2_6.zip – ETPro is a popular competition mod that the server runs.

Once you have finished step 3, the files contained in et2.60bwin32.zip must be copied into your ET installation folder and overwrite any existing files. The etpro-3_2_6.zip folder is also simply copied into the installation directory.

Server IP is 197.221.19.58 alternatively when opening the global server list give it a couple seconds, and you'll see our server listed.

Dropped a post on this thread, the download is around 240mb for the game, and the patches probs another 30-40mb.
